Installation troubleshooting
A port cannot be reached
Check the service process, listening address, and Nginx route first. Then check the operating system firewall, security group, office network, and component allowlists. Internal application ports should not be exposed directly to the office network; open only the entry ports required by the delivery plan.
The database connection fails
Verify the database address, port, instance name, character set, account privileges, and case-sensitivity settings. Run a connectivity check from the target server and inspect the actual error in Gateway, Base, or Metadata service logs.
A service exits repeatedly after startup
Check the Java or runtime version, memory limit, disk space, log-directory permissions, Nacos configuration, and dependency status. Confirm available server resources before increasing memory so that multiple components do not hit the system limit at the same time.
The license cannot be loaded
Confirm that the license matches the deployment server IP, MAC address, and product release. Check file permissions and the service account. Request a matching license again after replacing a network adapter or server.
