Read quality reports and export statistics

Reports identify priorities but do not independently prove data quality. Quality Overview, Rule Report, and Issue Report use different measures. Read them with execution and issue details.

Quality Overview

Filter by reporting period, system, organization, business type, importance, and overdue status. Record filters before comparing scores, rule counts, issues, and overdue counts. Clear filters and query again for full results.

Rule Report and Issue Report

Rule Report shows types, systems, and rule additions or removals. Issue Report shows types, systems, and handling distributions. Keep time and system filters consistent when drilling down to avoid mixing runs.

Export and retain reports

Use Export PDF. Record filters, export time, run, and reviewer in the filename and retention record. On failure, check download permissions and service logs; screenshots do not replace the complete file.

With backend class-loading or service errors, blank cards do not mean no data exists. Record the error and involve operations.
