Troubleshooting

Record release, module, role, license, incident time, task/object ID, message, and relevant logs. Redact credentials and production data.

General sequence

  1. Confirm module license and functional permissions.
  2. Check network, source, driver, and external dependencies.
  3. Inspect task state, start/end times, and errors.
  4. Reproduce with the same role and separate functional from data permissions.
  5. Submit redacted evidence through support.

Common boundaries

Marketplace approval records a decision; the responsible team delivers data offline. Missing DIG entry points require license and role checks. Advanced SQLink functions require SQLINK and its entry point. Gateway failures require server, port, URL, driver class, account type, and database compatibility checks.
